Privacy and personal data
Privacy Policy
This page explains what information we collect when you send an enquiry, why we need it and what rights you have.
Last updated: 30 August 2026.
1. Who is the data controller?
The data controller is Fairy Digital j.d.o.o..
For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, contact fairydigital.hr@gmail.com.
2. What information do we collect?
When you request a free mini audit or proposal, you may provide your full name, business or property name, a website or profile link, and an email address or phone number for our reply. We do not request special categories of personal data.
3. Why and on what basis do we process your data?
We use your information to reply to your enquiry, review the submitted link, prepare a free mini audit or proposal and discuss a possible collaboration. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, under Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
If we work together, some information may also be processed to perform the contract and meet legal obligations. We do not use your details for newsletters or direct marketing without separate, freely given consent.
4. How does the enquiry form work?
The form sends the information you enter directly to Fairy Digital's email address without opening your email application. The website itself does not store enquiries in a separate database.
FormSubmit is used to forward the message and protect the form from misuse. The provider processes the information only for message delivery and form security, in line with its privacy policy and applicable law.
5. How long do we keep your information?
Enquiry data is kept for up to 12 months after the last communication, unless a collaboration is agreed or longer retention is required by law or to protect legal claims. When the purpose expires, the information is deleted or anonymised.
6. Who may access your information?
Information may be accessed by Fairy Digital and, only where necessary, authorised collaborators and technical providers such as hosting and email services. They are required to protect the information and process it only under instructions and applicable data-protection rules.
If a technical provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on appropriate safeguards under the GDPR.
7. What are your rights?
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing. Send your request to the email address above.
If you believe your data is processed unlawfully, you may file a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP) or the competent authority in your country.
8. Cookies
Fairy Digital uses Google Analytics 4 only after you give voluntary consent. Analytics helps us understand visits, traffic sources, device types and certain website interactions, including submitted enquiry forms. The legal basis for this processing is consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
If you accept analytics, Google Analytics may set cookies such as _ga and _ga_<ID>. Their duration depends on Google's settings and may be up to two years. Data is processed by Google Ireland Limited, and some processing may take place outside the European Economic Area under safeguards used by Google. Read more in Google's Privacy Policy.
The analytics code is not loaded when you choose “Essential only”. You can change your choice at any time through the “Cookie settings” button on the website. Your choice is stored locally on your device for up to 180 days.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the website or our data-processing practices change. The current version and its last-updated date will always be published on this page.
